Bicycling Classes for Adults Return this Fall
We've had an overwhelming response to our adult bicycling class this summer-so we scheduled more classes!
We love to encourage people to ride their bike to get around, but if it's been awhile since you've ridden (or if you never learned before) it can be an overwhelming proposition.
Go Redmond offered our first series of adult bicycling classes this summer and we had classes full of riders eager to learn how to travel on two wheels. The response to these classes was so positive, we're offering 4 more class series this fall!
One of the four classes is just for adults who have never ridden a bike before. By the end of the last "Never Ridden a Bike" class we hosted, everyone was able to pedal with confidence!
The other beginner classes went from riding only on trails, to learning the rules of the road and being able to ride comfortably on Redmond streets.
In our intermediate class, participants sharpened their skills and learned best practices to use as road and traffic conditions change.
All classes are a mix of classroom instruction and hands on learning and are free to people who live or work in Redmond.
