Riding the bus is a great way to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions. We hope you’ll find some routes that work for you.
USING YOUR NEW ORCA CARD:
- ORCA stands for “One Regional Card for All” which means you can use the card across different transit providers. It works on King County Metro, Sound Transit (including light rail), Community Transit, Everett Transit, Kitsap Transit, Pierce Transit, and Washington State Ferries.
- Register your card at ORCAcard.com. This will make it easy to reload and ensure that if you lose it, you won’t lose your funds.
- Redmond has great transit access. Frequent bus service to Seattle, Overlake, UW and Bellevue come right by your door. Plan your trip on Google Maps or with the Metro Trip Planner.
- Trips Cost $2.75 and you have a 2 hour transfer window where you can take another bus or light rail connection without needing to pay. Reduced fares are also available for youth, seniors, disabled, and lower income households.
