Request a Free Flex Pass for the 405 Toll Lanes

Carpoolers can request a free Flex Pass until the end of March.

Steps to requesting your Good to Go! Flex Pass for the 405 Express Toll Lanes: 

  1. Log into your Go Redmond account on Rideshare Online.
  2. Go to "Rewards" on the top navigation bar and click on "Incentive Programs."
  3. Find the Good To Go! Flex Pass incentive and click "Submit Request."
    • Note that it may be on Page 2 or 3 of your available incentives. 
  4. Complete the survey to qualify for your free Flex Pass.

Once WSDOT has verified your eligibility, you will receive an email confirmation. You should receive your Flex Pass in the mail within 2-3 weeks.
