2016 Highlights

• 4,223 people new users registered with Go Redmond
• Users donated 10,000 bus trips to Redmond community members in need with Commute for a Cause
• People took over 13,000 bike commutes in May and came to the 5th annual Bike Bash
• 7 Redmond Schools participated in the Redmond SchoolPool Program to get more kids walking, biking, and sharing the ride to school
• Funding for East Link Light Rail to come to Overlake, SE and Downtown Redmond was approved
• An average of 20 people each month received a free 1 month ORCA bus pass
• 5 downtown Redmond apartment buildings received Go Redmond grant funding to purchase bicycles for their residents to use.
• The most popular commute modes were bus (43% of trips) and carpool (22% of trips)
